Accessibility Statement

Gator Air and Energy wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website, learn about our services and get in touch with us.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites usable for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, or have cognitive or learning disabilities.

What we have done

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, shows where the keyboard focus is, and starts with a “Skip to content” link.
• Text, links and buttons have enough color contrast to be read easily.
• Our request and contact forms label every field, explain any errors and take you to the field that needs attention.
• The home page slideshow has a pause button, holds still while you hover over it or move into it with the keyboard, and does not play by itself if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Images that carry information have text descriptions, and each page has one main heading with the sections in order beneath it.

We check the site with automated accessibility tools and with tests that use it by keyboard alone.

Known limitations

• Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. It usually works without you noticing, but it may occasionally ask you to complete a check. If it gets in your way, please call or email us instead.
• Some links lead to websites we do not control, such as our financing partner’s online application and review sites. Their accessibility may differ from ours.
• A few older blog posts link to PDF documents published by other organizations, which may not be fully accessible.
