“A/C broke and was planning to replace the whole system as it of age (all the neighbors are replacing theirs). They came out to give me a quote, and unlike the other contractors they fixed the problem on the spot for a nominal/minimal fee without me asking them to as I was ready for a full replacement. Definitely customer oriented as instead of pushing a whole replacement, they bought me some time until it breaks again (as it is old) with the quick fix.
