“A/C broke and was planning to replace the whole system as it of age (all the neighbors are replacing theirs). They came out to give me a quote, and unlike the other contractors they fixed the problem on the spot for a nominal/minimal fee without me asking them to as I was ready for a full replacement. Very knowledgeable/experienced about other issues I am having too. Definitely customer oriented as instead of pushing a whole replacement, they bought me some time until it breaks again (as it is old) with the quick fix. Will keep them on the top of my list for when I do really require a replacement.”
